Both kits include a dual-buffered system (HEPES and MOPS) with gentamicin sulfate, dextran serum supplement (DSS), and cryoprotectants (DMSO and ethylene glycol). These kits are designed for the vitrification and warming of oocytes, pronuclear zygotes, cleavage-stage embryos, and blastocyst-stage embryos.
